We believe that art and artists can help us build a better and more sustainable society. Our mission is to show you how.
arts4society is a collective dedicated to social change through the arts.
Because artists have a unique view on the world we live in, we believe they can guide us to act for change towards more justice, more respect.
Through our online magazine and other projects, our goal is to address important social issues and to bring artists’ creations to the widest audience possible.
Connecting.
We offer inclusive and creative workshops, created in partnership with companies as well as community-based organizations.
Sharing.
We develop an online magazine, educational resources and outreach projects built with and for the widest possible audience.

arts4society was co-founded by Aude & Anne, who share the same conviction that art can bring change to society.
Striving to make art more accessible and inclusive, Anne Picq has been working for 15+ years at the intersection of art, education and social innovation. She was previously Director of Education, Public Programs and Visitor Experience of the Musée du quai Branly-Jacques Chirac and deputy editor-in-chief of Beaux Arts Magazine in Paris. In New York, she launched a unique initiative between a public school and The Frick Collection. She is now based in Milan.
A former finance professional turned photographer and writer, Aude Adrien uses both visual arts and writing to document her vision of society and sensitivity to the world. She is also a freelance writer for leading French art publication Beaux Arts Magazine. She is moving to London this summer after more than 12 years in New York.
In 2019, Aude & Anne collaborated for the first time when they co-wrote a book about contemporary creation in New York for French publishing company Les Ateliers Henry Dougier. Through face-to-face encounters with renowned artists and art professionals, the book helps shed new light on the city, its powerful creative potential and societal challenges.
Along the 40+ interviews they conducted, Aude & Anne thought that the voices of these artists and experts deserved to be heard by the community at large. They co-founded arts4society to keep those conversations going.
